I mean, I had no idea that it were possible to be charged with a circumstantial DUI six weeks later, but if there's bad judgment to be accountable for he should by rights remain a Cardinal, given that this is a team willfully entering a season with no pitching and a formerly power hitting first baseman whose right arm cannot fully be extended.
