• *never-enacted 9/11 Commission recommendations including better baggage and cargo screening and stronger measures against nuclear proliferation
  
• *increased financing for the war in Afghanistan
  
• *a peacekeeping force to stop to the genocide in Darfur

or, the war in Iraq.
